All our school staff are required to read this document fully every year and any further updates that are included during the year. All of our safeguarding of children is based around this guidance as every school must have regard to it when carrying out their duties to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.

2021 World Book Day will take on a different form due to current guidelines, however we are keen that everyone has a positive experience and therefore we will be posting various activities for you to complete over the course of a few weeks.

Some of these activities could link to our current Reading Challenge.

Our timetable to celebrate World Book Day is planned to take place on Thursday 4th March;

We hope you will all enjoy the various activities we have planned for you.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back to school on Monday 8th March 2021.

The morning’s events may be swapped around but we try to keep to this as closely as possible.
